Bye Acrylic, Hello Gel Polish

Thursday, May 24, 2012

For years I've been getting overlays on my nails which is acrylic powder over my natural nails. After the soaking off process and the damage of my natural nails I decide to try do manicure and basic polish until my natural nails were back to their healthy stage. I researched gel polish because I'd notice that it had become very popular nationwide as well as in my area. After researching it, I decided to go on and give it a try..why not! I absolutely love it. No more smudged polish for me it's so convenient. The cost of the gel polish is more money than basic polish but it is worth it in my eyes. The process isn't long it's processed with UV Light which takes about 2 minutes between the primer, first & second coat, and top cat.

I believe the brand was called "Gel Color- Hot Pink"
